Services Affected: Stargate Network Services

Stargate has set aside two weekly network maintenance windows to perform scheduled general maintenance on our networking equipment.  We have scheduled our maintenance windows to coincide with our network partners'  maintenance windows of:

Sundays 12:01AM - 05:00AM and

Tuesdays 12:01AM - 05:00AM

Times are local BC times.

This will minimize the total weekly downtime for our customers. Customers will experience network outages during these maintenance windows.

Note that emergency network maintenance will still be performed as needed outside of these weekly maintenance windows. And there will not be outages during every maintenance window.

We see that our office phone lines are reporting as 'not in service'. This likely has to do with our planned cut-over to a new phone provider tonight.
