To our Stargate community:

As the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, causing confusion and uncertainty across the globe, Stargate continues to be firmly committed to the health and well-being of our team and their families, and our mission to provide exceptional network services to our valued clients. Our team manages all our services for our clients, so it is our top priority to take care of our team.

At Stargate, we have already imposed a work-from-home policy that started this Monday, March 16, as part of our business continuity processes to limit exposure of our team to COVID-19 and the potential spread of it through the community, while continuing to operate in a business-as-usual-like fashion. Our clients will continue to receive the same responsive customer service from us as we leverage our collaboration and communication tools to work remotely. Our office will still be staffed with a skeleton crew practicing social distancing and hygiene protocols. Clients can be assured that from their perspectives, there are no changes to their services or support.

During these challenging times, we are actively monitoring the rapidly developing situation closely and will adapt our processes based on guidance from public health authorities and applicable regulations. As new relevant information becomes available, Stargate management is ensuring our team is fully informed so we can continue to respond quickly. While the situation continues to unfold and we make changes to our operations as needed, we want to thank our clients for their continued patience, cooperation and understanding.

Our team is continuing to work hard to ensure all our clients' services continue to be available, provide the continued high level of support services clients have come to expect, and helping clients transition to 'work-from-home' business models. We want our clients to continue to use our services with full confidence and to know that we will do whatever we can to help them through these difficult times.

Stargate management extends our sincere thanks to everyone on our team, our clients, our partners and other stakeholders for their ongoing support and loyalty during these unprecedented times. We apologize for any inconvenience our changes in operations may cause. And our best wishes to everyone and their families as we all navigate these uncharted waters together.

We will continue to keep our community updated with messages on the Stargate homepage '' COVID-19 link.
